Reception Hours: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If your arrival is scheduled outside of our reception hours, an envelope with your name, apartment number and keys will be left at the Pool Bar where a member of staff will be happy to assist you. The cleaning service includes the visit of our staff to clean your flat. Towels will be changed twice a week, and sheets once a week during your stay.
